OPTION 1: Tasting in the winery

• Enjoy six unique natural wines in a historic winery in El Tiemblo, Sierra de Gredos. About 1 hour from Madrid by car. Includes a selection of pet nat, white, rosé, orange and red wines (with finger food tapas)

• Saturday mornings

• Starting at around 10:00 (flexible) Duration 2:00 h

OPTION 2: Tasting PLUS vineyard visit

• 20 min walk, through the village of El Tiemblo, across the River Alberche over Charco del Cura dam, experience the natural beauty of a sustaibably managed vineyard, with all its flora and fauna. Tasting of one (1) wine made from the grapes of that vineyard. Walk back to the winery for further tasting of five more natural wines. A selection of pet nat, white, rosé, orange and red wines

•  Cost: €40/person

 

 OPTION 3: Full meal BBQ in winery

• Traditional local BBQ with meat or fish cooked by local chef;  full vegetarian/vegan meal available on request. Paired with a selection of at least six pet nat, white, rosé, orange and red wines.

•  Saturday lunchtime

•  Starting at around 13:00 (flexible) Duration 4:00 h (or more!)
